DINING
Verdad meal are served in our screened-in dining area overlooking the ocean or poolside. We cater to all dietary preferences and needs, be it vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or something else, every guest can indulge in the scrumptious flavors of Cocina Verdad.
We serve an early morning pre-breakfast of granola, fresh fruit and juices as well as coffee and tea that's included with the room. A full breakfast, lunch and dinner can be added on as you prefer.
Verdad's meals are ocean & farm to table, utilizing the freshest, quality ingredients from the soil and shores of Nicaragua. All of our seafood is locally caught; our dairy products, such as eggs and homemade yogurt, are locally sourced and what we don’t grow here in our garden, we get at the local farmer’s market, enabling us to support our neighbors in numerous ways.

Secure your group booking dates & accommodations with a non-refundable deposit of $3000
6 months prior to arrival 50% of outstanding balance is due
3 months prior to arrival 75% of outstanding balance due based on the committed rooms.
1 month prior to arrival booking total must be paid in full
All payments non refundable
Any rooms cancelled less than 6 months prior to booking forfeit payments for canceled rooms
Minimum 5 rooms required for group stays
Group accommodation discount Nov- April = 5% with minimum 7 night
Group accommodation discount May through October = 10% with minimum 4 night
